For Authors
For authors and participants of the event, the early bird registration fee is 200 EUR excl. VAT (238,00 EUR incl. 19% VAT) per person.
The early bird registration expires on 30 Sep.
After 1 Oct, the normal registration fee is 250 EUR excl. VAT (295,50 incl. EUR 19% VAT) per person.
- Please note that at least one author of each paper must register and present in order to get the paper published.
2. Only one paper can be presented per registration.
3. Lunch is included.

For Participants (non-Authors)
Participants (non-authors) are entitled to reduced rate. The early bird registration fee is 150 EUR excl. VAT (178,50 EUR incl. 19% VAT) per person.
After 1 Oct, the normal registration fee is 200 EUR excl. VAT (238,00 incl. EUR 19% VAT) per person.
Technical Exhibition
For company exhibitors of the event, the early bird technical exhibition fee is 150 EUR excl. VAT (178,50 EUR incl. 19% VAT) per booth.
After 1 Oct, the normal technical exhibition fee is 200 EUR excl. VAT (238,00 EUR incl. 19% VAT).
The technical exhibition fee includes
1. Admission to the Workshop for 2 persons.
2. Lunch for 2 persons.
